01 - General terms
Prices are subject to change based on demand. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
02 - Payment
Currency accepted is USD or BRL and can be paid through PayPal or Pix. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or after the sketch, sent with a protective watermark. Don't send me any payment right away, unless I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send it.
03 - Process & Delivery
The time it takes to be done will be clarified after you commision me. It depends on the complexity of the work and personal factors. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image(s). Note that there is no physical product.
04 - Revisions
You get 3 rounds of changes on the sketch. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made).
05 - Copyright & Usage
If you want to use the work for commercial purposes, we will discuss about the extra charge for the rights to do so and agree on the copyright & usage.
06 - Cancellation & Refund Policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission. If you cancel your order before I start it or if I’m unable to do so, you will receive a full refund.

A Custom Character Commission is an OC (original character) that I create with your guidance. You provide clear and organized information in all ways (by description, color palettes and even moodboards, for example), and I'll draw from that info.
